20-25 drops Orange, Lemon, Clove or Thieves Vitality essential oil
Heat coconut oil in a double boiler just until melted. Pour into a glass measuring cup. Add essential oils & pour into a small silicone mold (candy ones are a good size). Place in the freezer until they are firm. Remove the drops from the mold & place in a glass mason jar. Store in the refrigerator.
This has been a part of my daily routine for quite awhile now & I love it! My teeth feel so much cleaner. It's amazing!! If you aren't oil pulling yet then what are you waiting for?! Pick which DIY recipe you like & start today.
I'm definitely not an expert on exercise but I do know that we need to move to get oxygen to our cells! Oxygenated cells is key to a healthy body.
I'm a fan of low impact exercise. Walking, swimming, biking, stretching, rowing & Pilates, etc. You can utilize exercise balls & weights if you want more toning. If a walk is all you can handle then hey, it's better than nothing at all. I love nature walks & I count that as exercise!
It can be as simple as starting out as playing with your kids, gardening, family bike rides, etc. Then, gradually try to increase your exercise until it becomes something your body craves.
The Internet is full of low impact exercise ideas. Don't forget to check Instagram, YouTube & Pinterest as well. There are helpful videos & everything you could ever need for exercise success! Aim for 10 minutes a day & increase as you're able.
I'm not a fan of excessive amounts of high impact exercise. I just don't think the benefits outweigh the negatives. This is something you'll have to decide for yourself. As always, do thorough research to make an educated decision on what's right for your body!
A healthy body is a moving body. Happy Walking!!!!
